Since the weather is a bit gloomy again today, it's the perfect time to publish these little cookies with an INCREDIBLE texture. They are melting and soft as if they were filled with ground almonds when there isn't a single gram of it! I present to you: chocolate crinkles!
If you're hooked on food blogs, you've probably already come across this recipe called "crinkles". I couldn't find the origin of the recipe so I won't mention anyone in particular but their reputation precedes them: crispy on the outside and soft and tender on the inside! In any case, this recipe is perfect with a cup of tea on a Sunday afternoon (for example as a consolation snack after the match if you know what I mean...).
The best thing about this recipe is that there are only ingredients that we all have in our cupboards, however, you will need to wait for the dough to cool (about two hours) before you can shape the cookies. But then, 10 minutes of baking and it's ready!

Speaking of baking, I'll take this opportunity to remind you that you only have a few days left to participate in the contest and win the book "No-Bake Cake" from Marabout editions:

To play, simply leave a comment under the article: No-Bake After Eight Cake!
And now, on to the recipe!
