It’s never easy to start on a first article. Find the proper words, set the tone and share ones own world while trying to be interesting and captivating for an audience is really not obvious.
To start this blog, I decided to begin with THE recipe which has left a mark on me since childhood (right before the pâtisserie diploma’s exam and the recipes which require 3 hours of cooking).
